The Chubb Associate Program provides an excellent entry point for individuals looking to begin their careers in the insurance industry. As a Reinsurance Finance professional, you will contribute to the Chubb Reinsurance Services (CRS) team by assisting with the management and administration of treaty and facultative reinsurance agreements that protect the interests of the Chubb Group of Companies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Actuarial, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Risk Management or related major
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Preferred prior work experience, including but not limited to summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships
• Preferred leadership experience, including but not limited to work, involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities
• Demonstrated self-starter
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
